Delve into our secret closet of surreal and intriguing assemblages – mysterious, dark and powerful – from master of the subconscious, Michael Rees
Exploring the innermost parts of the psyche and ideas of the fractured self, this is an unseen collection of work which has been created and reworked over the past 20 years. Part folk art, part Wicca, these pseudo-primitive works present an outward projection of the artist’s fears, dreams and desires.
The exhibition is on show in our intimate Porthole viewing space at our flagship St. Ives Gallery.
