Livingstone St. Ives are delighted to present a new collection of work from Aline Gaiad in this online exhibition throughout the winter.

This new collection of works on paper are filled with energy. Working on paper allow the artist the freedom to explore; this creative space can provide the germination of an idea, celebrates the immediacy of exploration, and contains within it the essence of the artist’s work.

“In the creation of my new series, I found inspiration in real churches from various places, particularly drawn from my recent exploration of Portugal. Alongside these architectural influences, I’ve incorporated pieces that portray the charm and aesthetic appeal of welcoming spaces and rooms in Portugal. The series weaves together the sacred ambiance of churches with the inviting allure of aesthetically pleasing interiors.”
