Returns and Exchanges

We recommend taking a look at our services before making a purchase if you have any hesitations. Our gallery sales team will be delighted to help you and answer any questions you may have.

Returns Request

If you wish to return something you have purchased from us, please contact us on [email protected] with the following information:
Your name and contact info, your invoice or order number, the piece(s) you’re enquiring about, and your reason for requesting a return.

We evaluate refund requests on a case by case basis, considering factors such as time after purchase and reason for returning. We will often offer a gift card of the agreed partial or full refund to put towards another purchase.


Where a partial or full refund is agreed upon, we will provide this within five working days to the requested payment method (e.g. BACS, PayPal, gift card). We will confirm when this has been processed. If you do not receive within a further three working days, please contact us on [email protected] and we will follow this up.


We will consider an exchange in lieu of a refund. In cases where the value of the original purchase and exchange differ, we can offer a gift card where the exchange is a smaller sum, and will request payment of the difference where this is a larger sum.

Returns Postage

If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, we will supply a physical address for you to post this to with recommended tracked postage options. Alternatively, we can organise a courier service to collect from you.

In both instances, you will be responsible for the return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed.
